Rossini

Item number 37634, KMAT 61000185

Product description

Mohair velour, woven from the hair of the Angora goat, is one of the most exclusive upholstery fabrics. Its exceptional properties are due to the nature of the material. It is extremely durable and hard-wearing. Even with heavy use, it loses neither its brilliance nor its luminosity. Thanks to its timeless elegance, both modern and stylish historical interior design can be perfectly showcased.

The velvety, iridescent surface of Rossini is particularly appealing. The dense pile fascinates with its elegant, subtle lustre. Depending on the incidence of light, different, exciting effects are created again and again.
Single black and white hairs of the Angora goat cannot be dyed; they remain visible and are the hallmark of a genuine mohair.
Mohair is naturally flame-retardant. It is therefore ideally suited for use as upholstery fabric in buildings without the need for chemical treatment.
The special comfort of mohair lies in its air-conditioning effect; it cools in warmth and warms in colder temperatures. As the hair of the Angora goat absorbs moisture, the seating comfort is particularly high. Sitting for long periods in theaters, conference rooms or exclusive restaurants becomes truly relaxing with mohair velour.
